Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website show prices inclusive of 20% VAT but not inclusive of delivery. Delivery charges are listed in the Delivery & Returns section of the website. Sometimes it may not be possible to deliver to a certain area, if this is the case we will contact you and a refund will be issued inclusive of delivery charges.

We have the right to change any prices, delivery charges and specifications without prior notice.

Our product list and stocks are as accurate as we can make them, however if a certain product is out of stock then you will be notified and entitled to a full refund. We will make every effort to find you a suitable alternative however, should you wish.

Liability

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity then we will have no liability unless you notify us via the contact form without 14 working days of the delivery in question or unless you return the item with an attached returns form within 7 days of receiving the product. If the product is simply returned after 7 days then no refund will be issued unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.

We shall be under no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but not limited to, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, accident of any Acts of God.

Security

Every effort is made to make the site as secure as possible. We have two payment systems that are both 100% secure - sagepay and PayPal.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorized representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
